Watson Buckle agrees ratings partnership with Eddisons
Watson Buckle has agreed an innovative ratings partnership with one of the country’s biggest chartered surveyors Eddisons.
As part of the unique deal, Watson Buckle clients will be given full rating advice under the 2010 Rating List.
Eddisons is a long established firm of Chartered Surveyors with headquarters in Leeds, and regional offices in Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Bradford and Huddersfield. Eddisons also have a London office with a strong ratings presence.
Under the deal all Watson Buckle clients will receive a free initial meeting with a local expert from Eddisons regarding the rating system.
If it becomes apparent that a detailed inspection was needed, a fixed or performance based fee will be arranged.

Eddisons’ rating valuation service will be managed by Ken Whittington FRICS with additional support provided by Stewart Carter MRICS, Peter Marshall MRICS and John Willoughby BSc (Hons).
The 2010 Ratings List came into effect from 1st April last year.
It remains in place for the next five years, and gives ratepayers the opportunity of challenging their rating assessments throughout this five year cycle.
