Bradford accountants back Christmas-themed charity campaign

13 December, 2017

Leading Bradford accountancy firm Watson Buckle is encouraging businesses and individuals to get involved with a brand new Christmas-themed charity campaign.

The ‘Festive Fuddle’, which was launched by prominent charity The Jane Tomlinson Appeal at the beginning of December, is hoping to raise money for a number of children’s and cancer charities all across the country.

Both Watson Buckle and the Appeal are urging people in and around Bradford to get involved, by organising their own Christmas lunches with friends, wearing Christmas jumpers and wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas – all in the name of a good cause.

Those interested in participating can get their hands on a ‘Festive Fuddle’ kit for free by visiting The Jane Tomlinson Appeal’s website. They are then free to hold fundraising-led Christmas celebrations at any time they wish throughout December.

Watson Buckle has been supporting The Jane Tomlinson Appeal for many years. This year, the leading accountancy firm has extended its support to this brand new appeal – which fundraisers hope will attract a lot of attention over the course of the Christmas period.

Kate Goldring, Appeal Manager at The Jane Tomlinson Appeal, said: “It is so valuable to have had the support of Watson Buckle for so long and fantastic that they are now joining us with our brand new fundraising activity.

“It is fantastic to have them on board.”

Ian Gill, Director of Watson Buckle, added: “Watson Buckle are delighted to support the Jane Tomlinson Appeal’s new Festive Fuddle campaign.

“The Appeal has always been a charity close to my heart and continues to support a variety of children’s and cancer charities across the country.”

Anyone who wishes to get involved with the campaign can do so by visiting the Appeal’s website at
