A team of accountants from Bradford-based accountancy firm Watson Buckle have taken part in and supported a client’s charity game of golf that has raised around £15,000 for local cause Kids Out.

Chris Padgett and Andrew Padgett took part in the Pantheon Charity Golf Day at Oulton Hall, which saw a number of local professionals and business owners go head-to-head as they raised money for the children’s charity.

Watson Buckle also sponsored the competitions nearest the pin and provided a number of associated prizes for those taking part in the day. The firm’s team also welcomed local businessman, and their client, Steve Horne, property developer of Wyden Developments Limited.

Chris Padgett, Director at Watson Buckle, said: “It was a well organised day for a good charity that supports disadvantaged children becoming future members of our society and workforce.

“Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the day and we were delighted to be in attendance and supporting this year’s event.”

Watson Buckle has supported a number of events this year including the recent Five Rise Beer Fest in Bingley and is committed to giving back to the community in which it works.
