We helped a retail client move from retail accounting for VAT to standard accounting for VAT. This involved the recommendation of an EPOS system to be able to record the different rates of VAT across the products of the store and providing solutions on how this could connect to an accounting software to reduce the admin burden.

Outcome

The client was equipped to deal with the large change that the change in accounting for VAT brought and they manged to benefit from other efficiency gains such as not filling in lots of books manually as this was automated.
