Leading independent Bradford-based accountancy firm, Watson Buckle, has announced the launch of its new Community Fund.
This new funding will offer grants to local community groups and initiatives to help them thrive out of potential fund worth £2,000.

The fund has been established by the long established firm to help support projects that make a positive difference to the lives of people in Bradford, Bingley and the surrounding areas.

Grants will be available to local charities, voluntary organisations and grassroots groups, including sports clubs, which can demonstrate how the funding will benefit the local community.

Mark Wilcock, Managing Director at Watson Buckle, said: “We have a long and proud history of supporting a number of great causes, but we want to go further.

“As a firm with deep roots in West Yorkshire, we are committed to giving back to the areas where our team live and work.

“We know how important community groups are in supporting people, tackling challenges, and creating opportunities.

“Through the Watson Buckle Community Fund, we want to provide practical support that enables these groups to continue their important work.”

The Community Fund is open for applications now and Watson Buckle is encouraging groups of all sizes and focus areas to apply online.

Successful applicants could receive support for their projects, whether that is through new equipment, resources or funding activities that improve and enrich the lives of others.
