Will Gerrard
After completing Sixth Form, I went on to earn a Master’s degree in Engineering from Loughborough University. I then spent two years in sales at an IT firm, where I developed a range of transferable skills. However, I realised I wanted a role that allowed me to make better use of my analytical and problem-solving abilities, which led me to accounting. I’m now excited to be part of the team at Waston Buckle, where I’m working towards becoming a Chartered Accountant and growing my career.
A little personal
I love playing golf — even if my handicap never improves! I also compete in a weekly padel league and am aiming to climb into the top tier.
What is your favourite film?
Dune: Part Two, closely followed by the Harry Potter movies.
What is your favourite song?
Stuck in the Middle with You, although it changes every week.
What is your favourite meal?
Beef Wellington
What is your guilty pleasure?
Ordering a takeaway after going to the gym.
